Yes. HiQiS offers fast shipping to the United States, Europe, and other selected regions. We operate multiple overseas warehouses to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days depending on your location and warehouse availability.

We ship from our local warehouses in the US, EU, and UK whenever possible. If stock is unavailable locally, your order may be shipped from our international fulfillment center.

No additional customs fees are required for most US/EU orders. If any exceptions apply, they will be clearly stated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns

We offer a 14–30 day return policy (based on product type and region). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect.

If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
